1. Commitment to Privacy

Sebastian is committed to respecting the privacy rights of customers, visitors, and other users of its websites (“Sites”). Sebastian believes that when customers use any of Sebastian's products or services, they should understand when and how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected. Sebastian created this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) to give customers information and confidence as they visit and use Sebastian's Sites, and to demonstrate Sebastian's commitment to fair information practices and privacy protection. This Policy is only applicable to Sebastian's Sites, and not to other services offered by any other website that customers may be able to access from Sebastian's Sites. 2. What Information Does Sebastian Collect About You?

2.2. Website Information

Sebastian's web servers automatically receive certain types of information when you use a Sebastian Site, for example, your domain name and IP address(es), date and time of visits, the type of browser you use, the website from which your visit originated, page visits, time spent on individual web pages, and other similar website “traffic data.” No other personal information about you is revealed in this process. Sebastian may sometimes use the "cookies" feature of major browser applications that allows it to store a small piece of data on your computer about your visit to Sebastian's Sites. Sebastian does not set any personally identifiable information in cookies. 3. How Does Sebastian Use the Personal and Website Information That It Collects?

3.1. Use of Personal Information

Sebastian does not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent, except as necessary to provide you with products or services or to comply with laws. 4.1. Right to Know

You may request that Sebastian disclose to you: (1) the categories and/or specific pieces of personal information Sebastian has collected about you, (2) the categories of sources for that personal information, (3) the purposes for which Sebastian uses that information, (4) the categories of third parties with whom Sebastian discloses the information, and (5) the categories of information that Sebastian sells or discloses to third parties.

4.2. Right to Delete

You can request that Sebastian delete personal information that Sebastian collected from you and tell its service providers to do the same, subject to certain exceptions (such as if Sebastian is legally required to keep the information).

4.3. Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing

You may request that Sebastian stop selling or sharing your personal information (“opt-out”). In that event, Sebastian cannot sell or share your personal information after it receives your opt-out request unless you later authorize Sebastian to do so again. Sebastian does not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to provide you with products or services or to comply with laws, therefore there is no need to exercise the right to “opt-out”.

You may ask Sebastian to correct inaccurate information that it has about you.

4.5. Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information

You can direct Sebastian to only use your sensitive personal information (for example, your social security number, financial account information, your precise geolocation data, or your genetic data) for limited purposes, such as providing you with the services you requested.

4.6. Right to Non-Discrimination

Sebastian cannot deny goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level or quality of goods or services just because you exercised your rights under the CCPA.

5. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act

Sebastian's Sites are general audience websites, and Sebastian does not direct any content specifically at children under 13 years of age. Sebastian understands and is committed to respecting the sensitive nature of children's privacy online. Sebastian also recognizes that many parents purchase products and services for family use, including use by children under 13, without Sebastian's knowledge. Any information collected from such accounts would appear to Sebastian as the personal information of the subscribing adult customer and will be treated as such under this Policy. If Sebastian makes available offers and products online where a child informs us that he or she is under the age of 13, or Sebastian otherwise learns or has reason to suspect that a Site's user is under 13, Sebastian will ask a parent to confirm his/her consent in advance of further collection, use, or disclosure of personal information from that child. At any time, parents may review the personal information collected, ask to have it deleted, and refuse to allow any further collection or use of the child's information.

6. Placement of Advertising on Other Websites

Sebastian may place advertisements for its products or services on other websites or use third-party ad companies to place advertisements about its products and services on other websites. These companies may use cookies and other technology to measure the effectiveness of Sebastian's advertisements. To measure advertising effectiveness and offer selective ad content, the ad serving companies may use anonymous information about your visits to Sebastian's and other websites. However, the ad serving companies use an anonymous number to identify you — not your name, address, phone number, email address, or anything that personally identifies you. The use of such cookies is subject to the ad serving company's privacy policy, not this Policy.

7. Network and Information Security

Sebastian maintains a variety of physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information that Sebastian obtains from you, but Sebastian cannot guarantee its ability to prevent loss, misuse, or alteration of such information.

8. Updating This Policy

Sebastian may revise, amend, or modify this Policy from time to time. Notice of any revision, amendment, or modification will be posted on Sebastian's website, and/or on your start pages and/or by email and/or in mailings to your primary Sebastian email account and will be effective on the date noted in the posting. This Policy may not be amended or modified by you except by means of a written document signed by both you and an authorized representative of Sebastian. By continuing to use Sebastian's services and products after the amendments are effective, you accept and agree to abide by them.

9. Third Party Website Areas Beyond Sebastian's Control

The Sites may contain links to other websites. If you choose to visit other websites, Sebastian's Policy is no longer in effect. Sebastian is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of other websites, and it is your responsibility to review the privacy policies of other websites to ensure that you agree to their policies.
